Is It Okay to Question My Faith?
Yes. Not only is it okay to question your faith, it's important. Think about it. Most of us didn't choose the faith we were raised in. We were born into a family, a culture, a community, that had already decided what we were going to believe. So, when questions start coming up, it's not a sign that something's gone wrong. It might just mean you're finally old enough and curious enough to ask a really important question. What do I believe? Questioning doesn't mean rejecting everything. It doesn't mean tossing all of it out. There's space between keeping all of it and leaving all of it. That's where curiosity lives. Try asking yourself, what parts of my faith still feel true and alive for me? What brings me closer to love and connection? Look at the pillars your faith was built on. Keep what still feels sacred to you. Notice what doesn't fit. And give yourself permission to not know, to explore, to change your mind. Questioning your faith doesn't mean you've lost your spirituality. It is the beginning of actually connecting to what spirituality truly means to you.
If you're questioning what you were taught, sorting through what still feels true, or simply giving yourself permission to explore, Reclaiming Your Spirituality was created for this part of the journey.
